Job Description AECOM is seeking a CEI Construction Engineer II to be based in Austin, Texas. + Under general supervision, performs routine duties. + Displays knowledge and abilities to evaluate, select and apply standard engineering techniques, procedures and criteria to meet basic engineering and construction specifications. + Displays applications of sound professional judgment on details of work. + Independently performs walk-downs and inspections of installed commodities to assure conformance with specifications and design. + Performs quantity surveys for tracking and reporting. + Works at the project site to assure contractor adherence to specifications and quality standards Qualifications Minimum Requirements: + BA/BS + 2 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education + Driving is required for this position Preferred Qualifications: + TXDot Experience + Highway construction experience + 2+ years of related experience in roadway/bridge and rail experience Additional Information Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications.
