The Cliché Platemaker role is to produce high quality polymer and steel clichés to customer specifications and per company policies, procedures and guidelines. Pay range: $23.00-26.00 * Produces etched and unetched clichés according to assembly orders * Inspect raw materials for quality; inspects incoming plates and cleans as required. * Delivers internal clichés to other departments as needed. * Inspects finished plates for quality. Close work orders in system. * Requisition department supplies. * Monitors inventory of raw materials and makes adjustments as needed. Notifies manager of discrepancies. * Performs general housekeeping and maintenance according to room cleaning schedule. * All other duties as assigned * Maintains focus on continuous improvement by applying 80/20, PLS, and USa principles/techniques and makes process improvement recommendations to management
