Position Summary The Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is seeking to fill one (1) clinical faculty position in the Accounting area with an anticipated start date of January 1, 2025. A successful candidate will be a creative and effective teacher capable of contributing to the School's Undergraduate, MBA, online MBA, MAC, and online MAC programs. Minimum Education and Experience Requirements Applicants must have completed a master's degree in Accounting or Business prior to beginning work activities and can anticipate an initial appointment of Clinical Assistant, Clinical Associate, or Clinical Professor, depending on credentials. Preferred Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience Qualified applicants should be able to teach management accounting courses across various programs and preferably possess the versatility to also teach financial accounting. Additionally, it is preferred that applicants have a minimum of two (2) years teaching experience that includes undergraduate, Master of Accounting, and MBA levels in an Accounting related field. It is also preferred that applicants possess a doctorate in Accounting or Business. Special Physical/Mental Requirements Campus Security Authority Responsibilities Not Applicable.
