What does a day in the life look like? * Drive company vehicle in transport of Hillcrest Firethorn guests. * Ensure all admission pick up times are coordinated with the Director of Transitions. * Required to schedule appointments as needed for guests. Document appropriately when necessary and enter appointments into the electronic health record. * Scan HIPAA protected information into the electronic health record in a timely and accurate manner. * Faxes telephone orders and other communication to physician offices and tracks communication to ensure a timely response. * Assists the Clinical Support Assistants in equipment and supply audits. What should I have to be considered? * High school diploma or equivalent required. * At least one year in a similar position. * Valid driver's license. * Must not be on high risk insurance.
