Hiring Architects with 6-8 years of experience for a 100% employee-owned firm! Description: We are currently hiring for a client of mine that is a national firm with a diverse portfolio that is looking for an Architect to join their team and work on hospitality and educational projects! Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Architecture * 6+ years of professional experience in architecture * 3+ years of experience in Revit on professional projects * Proficient in drafting through all design phases (SD - CA) * Skilled in producing construction details and coordinating with consultants and engineers Work Environment: * Organizational Structure: NYC office 12-15 people, 200+ employees nationally * Offices in Hartford, New York, Boston, California, and Phoenix * Team Size: Average project teams are about 4-5 staff members * Culture: Highly Collaborative work environment driven by employee "ownership" as demonstrated through ESOP program. * Projects: Large-scale hospitality projects, including casinos and hotels. - over 2 years of backlogged work * Exposure to both interior and exterior architectural projects * Full Service Architecture firm develops projects from concept design through construction * Competitive pay and positive work/life balance * Business Casual Schedule: * Hybrid * 2 days work from home * On site visits FOR IMMEDIATE CONSIDERATION, EMAIL *OOLADITAN@ACTALENTSERVICES .COM* or call *212 320 8713* About Actalent Actalent is a global leader in engineering and sciences services and talent solutions.
