Basic Qualifications * 10 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 8 years of relevant work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters,MBA,JD,MD) or 3 years relevant work experience with a PhD Preferred Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, engineering, or relevant technical field, MBA strongly preferred. * Experience managing and developing others is highly valued. * Global call center, contact center, offshoring and outsourcing experience preferred in a global company with matrix organization, Consulting or Corporate Strategy experience a plus. * Superior analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to details to ensure accuracy and high quality of output. * Client focused with tenacity to quickly resolve issues and conflicts, strong executive presence and ability to influence senior executives and business partners. * Ability to collaborate and lead diverse, cross functional, global teams to solve complex, problems and drive operational performance. * Experience with global, enterprise financial systems (e.g., Hyperion, Oracle, etc.) is required. Essbase experience is desired. * Advanced level of Excel and PowerPoint required. Knowledge of databases preferred. Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time. Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers. Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
