Work you'll do As part of the DEC team of Deloitte India, you will be responsible for driving and executing technical content for our product and assets initiatives The team The Digital Excellence Centre is responsible for building products and platforms for Deloitte India that focuses on providing extraordinary customer experience by putting design thinking with trailblazing technology in the center of what they do. The diverse team consists of subject matter experts, technology specialists, quality engineers, user experience researchers & designers, data scientists and product managers Responsibilities * Researching, collaborating and creating high quality product documentation. * Reviewing technical content. * Deliverables include product user guides, customer facing decks, white papers, case studies and other relevant documents. * Participation in sprints. * Working independently and coordinating in a team based on the requirement. * Close collaboration with different stakeholders and SMEs at different stages in the design and development process of the product for content creation. * Creation of standardized content across platforms to provide consistent messaging across. As a prospective candidate, you should possess * 2-4 years of technical writing expertise. * Knowledge of product documentation from the user's viewpoint. * Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, in-depth understanding of authoring tools and content management system. * Strong attention to detail. * Ability to grasp technical product details quickly using existing documentation, talking to SMEs and research. * Ability to conduct in-depth technical and business research on complex concepts. * Excellent writing and communication skills and ability to communicate a complex concept in plain language.
