Summary/Objective A nurse executive holds the most senior administrative role in a nursing organization. They lead the nursing team, oversee the management side of patient care services, and make administrative decisions that support the organization's goals. They provide effective leadership and coordinate leaders to deliver nursing care, treatment, and services. The hospital operates rural health clinics in Watseka, IL, Gilman, IL, Milford, IL, Saint Anne, IL and Kentland, IN. The hospital also operates a skilled nursing facility, Iroquois Resident Home, which is attached to the hospital property.
