Our Team You will work closely with the logistics department team and collaborate with various internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of logistics. What You Will Do * Supervise and lead a logistics team, fostering a positive culture and setting operational goals. * Own logistics operations, collaborating with upstream teams for transportation planning, logistics coordination, record management, and execution. * Drive continuous improvements by conducting necessary training, monitoring performance, and providing feedback to the operations teams. * Build positive relationships with internal and external customers, teammates, and carriers to provide high-quality service. * Utilize critical thinking to evaluate options and resolve unplanned events with carriers, ensuring on-time delivery and minimizing additional charges. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) * Experience in the logistics, warehousing, international shipments, or transportation industry. * Experience coaching and developing employees. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
