Job Description: Perkins Coie is seeking a dynamic, qualified candidate for the role of Legal Recruiting Coordinator. Under the direction of the Senior Legal Recruiting Manager, this position oversees recruiting and integration activities for law students and lateral associates. ESSENTIAL DUTIES These essential functions are primary job duties that incumbents must be able to perform

unassisted or with some reasonable accommodation. Law Student Recruiting & Summer Associate Programs: Recommend interviewers, coordinate interview schedules, and compile and distribute interviewer evaluations related to law student recruiting. Maintain and update OCI (On-Campus Interview) materials. Maintain Applicant Tracking System (Workday); maintain tracking documents for callback and Fellowship candidates. Assist with planning and executing summer associate program, including pre-arrival and orientation activities, event planning, and administrative support for work allocation and evaluation process. Actively engage and participate in summer associate events, fostering relationships and contributing to a positive experience for attendees. Coordinate all pre-arrival logistics; send survey and all onboarding emails & documents to Summer Associates. Handle all responsibilities related to Workday/onboarding process; process first-day paperwork. Schedule and compile orientation sessions/ schedules. Update and maintain the annual

and intranet pages. Coordinate communication regarding bar exam registration, bar review course registration, bar stipends or leaves, bar admission, and relocation. Provide support for law school liaison roles, including tracking correspondence, assisting with event logistics, and facilitating communications with the law school community. Lateral Recruiting/Hiring: Recommend interviewers, coordinate interview schedules, and compile and distribute interviewer evaluations. Coordinate all pre-arrival logistics for office attorney hires; send all onboarding emails/documentation to new hires. Handle all responsibilities related to Workday/onboarding process; process first-day paperwork. Schedule orientation sessions and compile orientation schedules for attorney hires. Maintain Workday records and update as appropriate. Additional Responsibilities: Create, update, and maintain departmental process documents. Coordinate payment of placement fees and referral bonuses. Provide administrative support to the office hiring committee and summer program committee. Support the development of an appropriate budget for office recruiting efforts. Process and reconcile all payments including firm Visa account, and other check requests/expenses. Required Skills: Outstanding organizational, communication, and critical-thinking skills. The ability to take initiative and work independently at times. Discretion in handling confidential information. Incumbents should be discreet, have an excellent work ethic, work well under pressure, be a team player, and pay close attention to detail. Incumbents should also be comfortable working closely with attorneys at all levels. Education & Experience: Qualified candidates must have a bachelor's degree and at least two years of law firm recruiting experience, preferably in a national firm. here . This position may be filled in the following location(s). The compensation depends on qualifications and experience. San Francisco Bay Area compensation range: $75,600 to $110,630 annually. Los Angeles compensation range: $68,980 to $100,940 annually. San Diego compensation range: $68,100 to $99,660 annually. Washington State compensation range: $62,480 to $91,430 annually.
