This position could be located in NY, NJ, NC, GA, IL, PA, MA. The team leverages eGRC platforms, Microservices, Cloud, API Management, and open-source technologies to enable end-to-end automation with safe and sound architecture at optimum cost. Your key responsibilities Lead project implementations and maintain thought leadership related to the ServiceNow platform. Lead the technical team on implementation project teams, directing other technical consultants and testers. Assist Engagement Lead in workshops to gather agile user stories/epics/features using ServiceNow Agile. Direct customers on best practices across ServiceNow products and platforms. Develop Offerings, Solutions, and Designs for product implementations. Deliver Application UI Configuration and Workflow Configuration. Development of client-specific reporting needs, including Performance Analytics. Interface with ServiceNow technical product teams as needed. Prepare all client-facing and internal deliverables that are technology-related. Drive continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences. Be the Subject Matter Expert on the delivery of ServiceNow solutions. Creation and delivery of solutions for customers addressing requirements through technical architecture. Collaborate on creating, deploying, and maintaining Technical Best Practices and Standards. Ensuring technical deliverables are complete, consistent, high quality, on time, and deliver valued outcomes. Willingness to travel a minimum of 20%. To qualify for the role, you must have: Minimum 6 years of demonstrated experience as a key technical resource leading the development of solutions in client environments. 4+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience with IRM (GRC) implementations in a client consulting environment. Proficiency with Agile project management and delivery methodologies. Demonstrated hands-on experience in technical consulting and client-facing roles. A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred. Certifications in Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-Risk and Compliance and CIS-TPRM), and Application Developer (CAD). Excellent oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to influence and consult around critical technical decisions during project delivery.
