1:1 EA wanted for a dynamic Founding Partner, focused on business support, linking closely with his family office and private assistant to ensure seamless day-to-day assistance. This role is set in a fast-paced, dynamic environment working for a well-respected, in-demand, and time-poor leader. You will be well regarded, rewarded, and seeking a long-term partnership. It is essential that you are an experienced degree-standard EA with a finance, investment, or fund background. Working closely with team members to produce the best results, you will be a top communicator with charm and an outstanding gatekeeper for this much-in-demand individual. Top diary and calendar management over weeks, months, and a year is essential, along with honed logistics and travel management with detailed itineraries. You should be able to walk in front of the Principal and make his life as organized and trouble-free as possible. Well-spoken and presented with an inherent 'can do' attitude is essential. Some out of hours work is required as the Founder travels and deals on an international level, so you will be used to this level of support, and it is second nature to you. The Principal is an art collector and philanthropist, so a background or interest in these fields is preferred. Liaising with the Private PA regarding travel and other commitments, this is an interesting and fast-paced role for someone who enjoys a very busy and varied day.
