Investment firm based in New York is looking for a Senior Executive Assistant to support the Founder/Managing Partner and light support to the General Counsel. This is an exciting opportunity to join a warm, welcoming team and work alongside a team of two other EAs! You will own core EA duties of calendar coordination, travel booking, itinerary planning, expense reporting, and ensuring things don't fall through the cracks. Someone who is incredibly detail-oriented with sound judgment and a proactive team player. This is primarily an in-office role based near Rockefeller Center with Friday's work from home. 140-180K DOE + bonus, great benefits, 401k, and team lunch on Monday's!

Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate heavy calendaring and scheduling for Founder/Managing Partner & General Counsel. Provide high-level administrative support, anticipating the needs of senior leadership and taking proactive steps to address them. Serve as a gatekeeper, prioritizing meetings and communications to ensure that urgent matters are addressed promptly. Handle complex travel coordination, ensuring smooth logistics for all business-related travel and providing detailed itineraries. Coordinate meetings and conference calls, including preparing agendas and taking detailed minutes. Assist with project management and other duties as assigned to support organizational goals. Oversee and manage expense reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents as needed. Organize and execute company events, including offsite meetings, holiday parties, and other team-building activities. Qualifications:

Previous 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant providing executive-level support. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with precision. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster a positive team environment. Professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to navigate complex situations. Flexible and adaptable, willing to adjust hours as necessary. Eager to learn and contribute to the success of the organization. Team player with the willingness to support colleagues and provide backup when needed. Strong judgment and discretion in handling sensitive information.
