As MB2 Dental's growth continues at an impressive pace, our Talent Acquisition team is expanding to match this trajectory.

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support our recruitment efforts by managing various aspects of the hiring process. This role is critical in ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about connecting talented individuals with opportunities within our organization.

Help create and post job descriptions on various platforms Maintain and update the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) with candidate information and recruitment metrics; ensure data accuracy and compliance Assist with sourcing potential candidates through job boards, social media, and other recruiting platforms. Identify and research new job boards and innovative sourcing avenues, including industry-specific associations, groups, and other platforms as needed Monitor status and success of job advertisements; update and renew advertisements to ensure they are timely and relevant Assist with event coordination and attendee tracking Basic data entry across multiple platforms and software Provide general support to the Talent Acquisition team on various projects and initiatives. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred Previous retail or customer service experience preferred Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
