Commercial construction installation. Career position with ability to move up in the company.

Employee would be one of our lead Installers on many high-end commercial projects around the valley. From Expansion Joints, Louvers, Sunshades, Wall Protection, and Skylights we install many different scopes.

All Tools and Company Van are provided. After 30 days you can drive the van to and from work. Gas is paid by the company.

Company iPad is assigned to you for reviewing drawings, submittals, and installation

instructions. You would be working on a two-man crew with a Journeyman. Our business is in Bluffdale, but projects are throughout the state.

$3000 Sign on bonus of 6 months of no-missed days without 48 hours' notice.

Benefits available after 60 days include: 8 paid holidays,10 days PTO the first year.

Health and Dental Insurance is available after 60 days and the company pays half of the

monthly premium.

Retirement 401k with a company match up to 4%.

Quarterly incentives and year-end bonus.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of all building codes/requirements

• Proficient at reading and understanding blueprints

• Experience leading field employees

• Ability to read and understand work orders, safety rules, operating and maintenance

instructions, and procedure manual

• Extensive knowledge of established construction means and methods

• Ability to interact and communicate effectively with employees

• Through and attentive to details, extremely organized and able to prioritize and multitask

• Foreman should have 3-5 years of commercial construction project experience

• Valid driver's license with a good driving history

• OSHA 10 or 30 recommended

• Drug testing will occur periodically throughout employment

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Superintendent with on-site management

• Supervise all phases of the construction process

• Takes initiative on the jobsite

• Resolve conflicts to avoid delays

• Promotes a safe work environment

• Works closely with Superintendent to maintain project schedules

• Ensures that construction quality meets plan and specifications

• Understands plans and shop drawings and how to translate and relay information to

others

• Maintain the quality and safety of the jobsite

• Ability to follow verbal directions, implement changes, and monitor material and

equipment usage

• Daily job reports with progress pictures
