The Department of Nursing at St. Olaf College invites applications for a full-time, tenure track position in Nursing at the Assistant or Associate Professor level to begin August 2025. The successful candidate will have the ability to teach the nursing care of children and one additional nursing specialty, utilizing simulation and active learning strategies. The candidate will have demonstrated teaching excellence and nursing practice in the above areas as well as a demonstrated ability to contribute to both department and college-wide antiracism, equity and inclusion work. The research agenda of the successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to advancing the nursing profession.

Qualifications

Completion of a terminal degree in nursing or related field (DNP, EdD or PhD) or within one year of completion.
