We are looking for a high-powered Executive Chef who brings a wealth of culinary knowledge, thrives with coastal cuisines, and possesses strong administrative acumen. If you have 3-5 years of experience in full-service upscale dining, we encourage you to apply!
Executive Chef Qualifications + Responsibilities: 3-5 years of experience as part of a culinary management team in an upscale dining establishment Proficiency in consistently delivering high-quality culinary products, with meticulous attention to detail and daily operational focus Must be fairly fluent in speaking English and Spanish Lead the team through exemplary actions and behavior Relay consistent and clear communication among team Implement action plans to accomplish objectives Participate in training and nurturing the team's development Maintain exacting standards and meticulous attention to detail
