Rewards: Commission Structure: This position operates on a commission-only basis. However, you'll benefit from a consistent flow of leads that you generate in addition to those provided by our top-performing Commercial agents. Mentoring and Coaching: Enjoy the support of continuous mentoring and coaching. We're a small but talented team committed to backing you every step of the way to help you reach your professional goals. Responsibilities: Specialize in analyzing commercial real estate, brokerage, and advisory services within the multi-family sector. Proactively engage with owners of multi-family real estate properties. Conduct a minimum of 50-100 cold calls daily to connect with investment property owners. Maintain accurate and detailed records of activities using IPG’s CRM system. Utilize cutting-edge tools, resources, and technology provided by the company to foster business growth and nurture relationships. Fulfill any additional duties as delegated by Management. Qualifications: Proven track record of success in sales, particularly in the real estate industry. Currently holds or actively pursuing a real estate sales license. Demonstrates a competitive spirit and drive for excellence. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in effective prospecting techniques and proven ability to acquire new clients. Strong organizational skills to manage a large client database efficiently. Solid understanding of mathematical concepts and capable of financial analysis for investment properties. Upholds professional integrity and work ethic. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Self-motivated and eager to learn and grow. Driven by a strong desire for success and achievement. Skilled in providing valuable financial analysis for investment real estate. Works closely with mentors and team leaders to develop and execute business strategies effectively. Willingness to take on additional duties as delegated by management. Compensation:

$144,500 approximately, commission based only.
