Join a Leading Investment Firm as an Assistant Controller. This role offers a HYBRID working model, competitive remuneration, and excellent benefits.

Our client, an established investment firm managing over $20 billion in assets, offers a dynamic and socially engaged culture. Responsibilities:

+ Review monthly/quarterly deliverables from the administrator

+ Oversee issuance of monthly/quarterly capital statements to investors

+ Manage compliance-related filings and lead the annual audit process

+ Approve and allocate expenses across multiple products

+ Assist the client operations team with investor queries and vendor relationships

+ Build and improve controls and review processes for accounting information

Requirements

+ 8+ years of finance experience in asset management (audit, fund admin, or asset manager roles)

+ Experience in private equity, venture capital, or alternative investment firms

+ CPA certification is desirable but not required

+ Advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
