The Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing is responsible for developing and implementing census development activities and marketing messaging for all service levels to increase and maintain resident occupancy. Complying with PSL policies and procedures, responsibility of this position assures standards are met for census development. Additionally, this role establishes brand identity and ensures consistent branding across the entire organization via media and communication efforts. This team member will serve as a supervisor of corporate sales, marketing, social media, communication, and community sales team members. Qualifications: Master’s degree in marketing or business administration required or ability and willingness to attain Ten years marketing and sales management experience required, preferably in LPC or healthcare Prior experience with lead management systems Proficient in training and presentation skills Knowledge of Microsoft Office: including Word, Excel, and email applications
