The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall management and successful completion of large-scale multi-family new construction projects. Project will be valued between $20M - $100M+.

Description Responsible for the overall management and successful completion of major, multi-million-dollar multi-family base building projects Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget Foster strong relationships with clients, owners, architects, and internal staff Responsible for project organization, implementation and completion to the satisfaction of the client Manage project plans from preconstruction to completion Establish checklists for inspections and SOPs Work in coordination with field personnel to implement and enforce quality control standards Participate in weekly subcontractor meetings with project Superintendent Oversee subcontractor performance Track all potential change orders Lead and train project team members to support their growth and development Administer work inspections to ensure that quality and performance standards are being met Manage project closeout Profile Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field +/- 5-10 years of experience in construction (multi-family preferred, or a mix of multi-family and commercial) General Contracting background Demonstrated history of successfully overseeing large-scale multi-family base building projects valued between $20M - $100M+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience mentoring and training junior team members Excellent leadership and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other project management software Job Offer Highly competitive base salary Annual bonus Vehicle allowance Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance 401k employer match Company phone and laptop Annual performance reviews/raises 3 weeks PTO to start + company holidays Extremely close knit team - everyone is treated like family!
