The Opportunity: Ocean Dermatology is a fast paced, fast growing private practice looking for an experienced medical assistant to join our Jackson, NJ team. Youre your typical day will include: Performing a variety of clinical tasks, including taking patient histories, documenting medical information, preparing and assisting with dermatological procedures, and providing wound care. Preparing examination rooms, sanitize medical instruments, and maintain a clean and organized clinical workspace Ensuring accurate and up-to-date electronic health records (EHR), following HIPAA guidelines and maintaining patient confidentiality Educating patients on treatment plans, skincare routines, and post-procedure care instructions.
