Key Responsibilities Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, including content creation, social media management, and email marketing. Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and opportunities for growth. Help maintain and update the company's website and social media profiles with relevant content. Support the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations. Collaborate with the design team to develop visual content that aligns with campaign goals. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing events, trade shows, and product launches. Maintain and update marketing databases, including contact lists and client information. Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required. Strong interest in marketing and a desire to learn and grow in the field. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital marketing tools. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
