A DAY IN THE LIFE Seasoned HR professional to partner with mid-level, senior, and regional business leaders, as well as HR colleagues, to execute HR programs and initiatives, resolving key issues within business units and across the HR function, building credibility, and enabling positive change Coaches leaders on HR policies and procedures, such as talent planning, compensation, learning and development, performance management, and employee engagement. Analyzes trends and metrics to identify gaps and develops solutions for continuous improvement, ensuring alignment with business strategies and promoting a culture of growth. Leads and develops a small team of strategic HRBPs. Leads small and mid-sized projects within the HR department and serves as a stakeholder in larger organizational initiatives. WHAT YOU'LL NEED Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required or equivalent human resources experience. A minimum of five years of progressive experience working collaboratively within a complex, highly matrix environment with strong a business acumen. Previous experience aligning business operations and HR practices and objectives providing dynamic solutions, data analysis, and organization agility. Advanced knowledge and experience navigating state and federal employment laws with demonstrated experience managing confidential matters with discretion and sensitivity. Demonstrated ability to effectively partner with all levels of the organization and positively influence teams. The ability to travel up to 50% to various project sites within the nation. WHAT WILL SET YOU APART Previous leadership experience preferred. SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credentials preferred. Construction or similar industry experience.
