Job Summary: Our MiMutual Mortgage is growing and you will be a part of that growth! As the Regional Sales Manager you will be responsible for growing a specified territory and efficient daily operation of their assigned branches, including but not limited to, operations, product sales, recruiting, and customer service in accordance with the Company’s strategic objectives. The Regional Sales Manager promotes the sales and service culture through effective coaching, guidance and staff motivation, and achieves sales goals of branches through new business sales, referrals and retention of relationships. What we are looking for in our Regional Manager: Effectively coach and develop branch staff through selling techniques, marketing ideas, developing new lead sources, and closing mortgages. Oversee the marketing initiatives for branches by working with appropriate Company channels (e.g., Marketing and Compliance) to promote and maximize sales opportunities while ensuring compliance is followed. Monitor assigned branches sales goals and sales activities by analyzing and documenting trends and communicating sales “best practices” to Branch Managers and Producing Sales Managers. Ensure that assigned branches maintain a high level of internal and external appearance for customers while following Company brand standards. Act as a resource to Branch Managers, Producing Sales Managers, and/or Loan Officers by being knowledgeable of company products, policies and procedures, underwriting requirements and systems utilization. Five + years previous experience in a similar role. Previous experience within the mortgage industry.
