Health Insurance Agent
Overview
Leading provider of comprehensive insurance solutions seeks a dynamic and motivated Health Insurance Agent to join their team.
In this role, you will be responsible for selling health insurance products to individuals and families while providing expert guidance and support.
Key Responsibilities
Identify potential clients through various methods such as referrals, networking, outbound calls, and handling incoming inquiries. Evaluate the needs of clients and suggest suitable health insurance products and coverage plans. Explain the features and benefits of various health insurance plans to clients. Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering continuous support and assistance. Work closely with team members and other departments to deliver a smooth and positive customer experience. Keep detailed records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM software. Qualifications
Previous experience in insurance sales, insurance customer service, or a related field. Knowledge of health insurance products and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
