Lead and manage all food service operations, including fine dining, casual dining, bar services, and catering Implement and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service Develop menus, create innovative culinary offerings, and ensure consistency in food preparation Oversee inventory control and management to optimize food costs and minimize waste Train, mentor, and supervise staff in food handling techniques, customer service, and hospitality best practices Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling and storage Address customer inquiries, feedback, and special requests promptly and professionally Collaborate with other departments to coordinate seamless operations and enhance the overall guest experience Establish and enforce operational policies and procedures to uphold quality standards Experience:
