Screenwriter - a job post by J Michael David

For now, I'm not union, and won't be working along those parameters on this project. Looking for a writer with proven performance in writing Film-Noir scripts. I'd like most/all traditional elements of a classic Noir, mixed with my own approach and a style peculiar to this genre. You will be responsible for providing creative input and the technical side of the script, completing the screenplay in Screenplay format. Budget is 5k total, with 1k up front, another 1k once the script is approved and finished NLT 11/1/2024, then another 3k once funding is obtained. I'll include a 5 year option as well. I'm located in Sarasota, FL, but don't care where the writer is located, provided we can communicate no less than weekly throughout the course of the project via zoom/telephone. Looking for and will only accept someone with an outside the box, team-oriented approach. Wanna have fun working side by side to create something amazing. Thx
