It helped launch Worldcoin and continues to provide support to the Foundation, in addition to operating the World App. About the Team: The Recruiting team’s mission is to attract and hire top talent to support the rapid growth of WLD. We are here to provide each candidate with a seamless interview experience and be an invaluable partner to our internal stakeholders. About the Opportunity: This is an exciting opportunity to join WLD as the first Senior Technical Sourcer on the recruiting team. We will look to you to build out the complete sourcing function. You will directly partner with Technical Recruiters & Engineering leadership to build the sourcing strategy and find the best talent on the market. In this role you will: Work closely with Recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into the organization. Continuously strive to improve the recruiting process using data and analyzing market trends. Be a Worldcoin ambassador and provide a welcoming and delightful candidate experience. Research markets, companies, teams and role types to help drive a consistent pipeline of candidates who are qualified for currently available and upcoming roles. Build and maintain long-term relationships with top talent in the industry. Innovate and drive diversity sourcing strategies using various tools to help influence sourcing strategy. Utilize creative/effective messaging for your reach outs. Use A/B testing to determine what’s working. Plan/facilitate recruiting events on a quarterly basis. About You: 5+ years of in-house experience. Experience using sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems to identify and engage passive, qualified candidates and manage them through the hiring process. Ability to network and build long-term relationships with passive candidates. You’re a problem solver and have a bias towards action. You pride yourself in being a strategic partner to the business and keeping up with technical talent market trends. You love data (both quantitative and qualitative) and utilize it to influence your sourcing strategy. Ability to ruthlessly prioritize and execute on our hiring plans. You understand the importance of data integrity and following internal processes. You maintain accurate and thorough documentation within the company's ATS. Passion for building inclusive and diverse teams.
