The Musco Information Technology Team is seeking a Tech Evangelist to work from our Corporate Office located in Oskaloosa, Iowa. In this role, you will engage the organization and lead the adoption of technology and best practices within our organization. As a Tech Evangelist, you will be the face and voice of these Microsoft technologies, inspiring and educating our organization on how to leverage these powerful tools to transform our business processes and operations. What you will do as a Tech Evangelist * Champion strategies to drive the adoption and use of Microsoft Office 365 and Power Platform across the organization. * Conduct presentations to showcase capabilities, workshops to gather business needs and facilitate training mediums to reinforce the capabilities and benefits of these technologies. * Create engaging and informative content such as blog posts, tutorials and videos to raise awareness and educate users. * Build and nurture a community of users within the organization, facilitating knowledge sharing and collaboration. * Act as a liaison between the users and the IT department, providing feedback and insights to help shape the future roadmap of these technologies within the company. * Stay up-to-date with the latest updates and features in Microsoft Office 365 and Power Platform and other technologies, continuously enhancing your knowledge and expertise. * Help shift the organizational culture towards embracing modern business applications and digital transformation. What you need to be successful * Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. * Strong understanding of Microsoft Office 365 and Power Platform, and their capabilities and potential business applications. * Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire a diverse audience. * Strong content creation and storytelling abilities. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong interpersonal skills. * Passion for technology and its potential to transform businesses. * Experience in a similar evangelist or advocacy role. * Strong network within the Microsoft technology community. * Certifications in Microsoft Office 365and/or Power Platform and experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 would be beneficial.
