What You Will Do: * Develop and implement partner marketing plans that drive co-branded campaigns, lead generation, and partner enablement. * Coordinate and manage joint events, webinars, case studies, and content creation with partners. * Work closely with the sales team to align partner marketing strategies with business goals. * Create partner-focused marketing materials such as brochures, product guides, training documents, and email campaigns. * Deliver partner enablement tools and resources to help them effectively communicate value propositions and drive sales. * Maintain a partner marketing calendar to track campaigns and key milestones. * Design and manage joint marketing campaigns, ensuring they are fully integrated and optimized for performance. * Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of partner marketing efforts, adjusting strategies as necessary. * Use metrics to measure campaign ROI and partner engagement, making data-driven decisions to improve outcomes. * Collaborate with internal teams including product marketing, sales, and business development to create integrated partner marketing strategies. * Align partner marketing efforts with overall corporate marketing strategies and initiatives. What You Bring: * Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and channel marketing dynamics. * Proven ability to manage and grow partner relationships. * Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies and joint marketing plans. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines. * Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM software, and analytics platforms.
