The Role: The Supply Chain Analyst will support operational excellence across all aspects of Production Planning and Procurement. This role will maintain production schedules and assist with purchasing communication and logistics. This individual will work closely with the supply chain manager to meet company supply chain needs with provided forecasts pertaining to master schedules and inventory. They will work closely with the warehouse to ensure all materials needed for production are on hand in a timely manner. Additionally, they will work closely with Operations to keep schedule updated. Responsibilities: * Build and maintain day-to-day operations' production schedule to match master schedule through alignment with Sr. Ferm Scientists and Operations Supervisors * Provide a weekly analysis of inventory days of stock outlook across all items. * Assist with end to end purchasing activities of raw material and packaging material. * Maintain purchasing strategies working towards appropriate inventory levels by reviewing future inventory stocks and vendor lead times. * Lead vendor communication of all open purchase orders. * Assist quality assurance in delivering lot code tracking throughout all key ingredients in the food production process. * Facilitate inventory counts with other departments and process inventory adjustments to properly track financial impact and physical on hand inventories. * Review weekly inbound purchases with warehouse team and ensure all materials have been delivered, when they have not, realign the team to ensure appropriate delivery and recording of materials * Maintain accurate vendor contact and ingredient records in ERP system * Transact purchasing and transfer order activities for our Co-Manufacturer in ERP system * Build and Audit work orders in ERP system Qualifications: * 3-5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment * Experience with an ERP and MRP systems is required, preferably NetSuite * Strong problem solving and proven analytical skills to successfully work across multiple disciplines of the business to solve complex problems and efficiently address issues * Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to make quick judgment calls on priorities and multi-task * Strong communication skills and a collaborating attitude * Strong business skills with a focus on risk mitigation * Interested in being a part of a growing food company and having a strong conviction in mission to create healthy foods Don't meet every single requirement? You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles. Compensation: Range is $70,000 - $93,000. In addition to the base salary there is the potential of earning a 5% bonus. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
