Basic Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree and at least 4 years of experience in Investor Relations or Finance OR High School/GED and at least 7 years of experience in Investor Relations or Finance * Experience with financial modeling and accounting, with prior role(s) in finance functions. * Demonstrated strong analytic, problem-solving, and quantitative skills. * Strong communication skills including experience with business presentations and writing. * Experience and prior success in collaborative, cross-functional roles. * At least 2 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in the workplace. * At least 2 years of direct leadership, indirect leadership and/or cross-functional team leadership. * Willing to travel up to 20% of the time for business purposes (domestically and/or internationally). Preferred Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree and at least 5 years of experience in Investor Relations or Finance * Bachelor's Degree and at least 3 years of experience with CFA designation (or have passed all 3 levels of CFA charter examinations awaiting official designation issuance). * Master's degree in Accounting or Finance, or an MBA. * Experience in healthcare related roles and functions, with a strong understanding of industry dynamics. * Intellectual curiosity, and fearlessness around asking questions (especially the hard ones). * Knowledge of capital markets, corporate finance, and macroeconomics, or demonstrated interest. * Excellent Excel, Word, and Powerpoint skills. * Ability to handle confidential information and to strictly adhere to company policies for information disclosure. * Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities.
