The Alamo is looking for an Information Systems Manager to join the IT team! POSITION SCOPE The Information Systems Manager (IS Manager) is responsible for the management of Alamo Trust, Inc.'s (ATI) information systems as well as internal help desk management. This is an onsite role that may allow remote work at times with prior manager approval. DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS * System and Process Management * Manage processes that automatically create system accounts for staff * Manage Microsoft Azure environment * Create, maintain and troubleshoot data connections between vendor systems and data * warehouse * Create and update system documentation and collateral in internal document library * Develop and maintain reports using data visualization software * Advise on the onboarding process for new systems, including collaboration with internal * staff and vendors to customize system interfaces and data reports. * Oversee contract and license renewal process for various systems * Provide training to staff on the technical aspects of various systems * Build and maintain tools using Microsoft products to creatively solve tracking, * communication, and/or data gathering needs across departments * Troubleshoot tier two issues that cannot be resolved by tier one internal help desk staff * Lead departmental projects as assigned * Manage the work order system used by numerous departments, including the internal * help desk. Internal Help Desk Management * Manage daily operations of the Alamo's internal help desk * Monitor and analyze work order data to produce clear metrics that will support performance tracking, trend analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives * Address escalated issues and ensure a satisfactory conclusion is reached * Establish and maintain help desk operational policies * Supervise and mentor 1 - 2 direct reports * Proactively ensure support availability for new systems REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS * 5+ years of system maintenance including configuration, end user account creation, * troubleshooting and vendor relationship management * 3+ years administering Microsoft Azure cloud environment * 3+ years of experience with a data visualization tool such as Tableau or Power BI * 3+ years of experience managing a help desk or customer service system/team * 3+ years of advanced experience with Microsoft office products * Satisfactory completion of background and post-offer drug and alcohol * testing. KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES * Demonstrated experience and proficiency with MS Office products (must be well versed in Microsoft Excel), and Windows * Demonstrated experience and proficiency administering Microsoft Azure environment * Demonstrated experience and proficiency providing end-user system support * Demonstrated experience using SQL to query databases and pull data * Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, power tools, and to handle internal computer components * Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail. * Recognizes the need for professional development and is proactive in obtaining the training and coaching needed to grow and succeed in the organization * Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Demonstrated technical skills and ability to learn quickly * Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Able to effectively prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment. * Strong customer service skills. * Works well in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. * Ability to work independently and find creative solutions without guidance * Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. * Flexibility to adapt to constantly changing environments * Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language.
