Work you'll do The position requires skill in conducting literature reviews, data analysis and statistics, survey development, focus group facilitation, and preparing technical reports. * Conduct activities to manage the currency, relevancy, and accuracy of work roles/occupational groups. * Perform competency assessments and gap analysis * Conduct job task analysis to support talent management functions (e.g., certification, pre-hire assessments) to include preparation for AI-related workforce changes. * Develop technical reports in accordance with certification and accreditation requirements. * Support workforce planning activities (research, analysis, planning, execution, monitoring) The team Deloitte's Government and Public Services (GPS) practice - our people, ideas, technology and outcomes-is designed for impact.
