We're seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer who radiates a passion for creative brilliance and possesses a wealth of expertise across every facet of the design process. As a cornerstone of our team, you'll be pivotal in crafting compelling creative solutions, drawing upon your expert craftsmanship and strategic acumen. We would love you to: * Lead the design process for visual communication materials, encompassing digital and print media, to effectively engage target demographics. * Collaborate closely with design experts and stakeholders to conceptualise and realise innovative design solutions. * Ensure design deliverables meet exacting quality standards and align seamlessly with brand identities and business imperatives. * Efficiently manage multiple projects, delivering results within tight deadlines in a dynamic workspace. * Stay abreast of design trends, tools, and technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and refinement. * Mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback to elevate their work and foster their professional growth. * Actively participate in design reviews and presentations to senior leadership and stakeholders, showcasing creative achievements. Skills: * Creative Visionary: You possess a talent for conjuring up innovative concepts and bringing them to life through visually striking designs. * Masterful Artistry and Precision: Your work is a testament to your meticulous attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to impeccable craftsmanship. Inspiring * Mentorship: You naturally nurture and motivate emerging designers, fostering their growth and evolution. * Collaborative Dynamo: You thrive in a collaborative environment, actively contributing to and drawing inspiration from collective creativity. Must haves: * Minimum 6 years' experience in graphic design, with a strong emphasis on visual communication materials. * Robust portfolio demonstrating expertise in art direction, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy. * Proficiency in Figma is essential. * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. * Comprehensive understanding of design principles and best practices, applied to craft impactful design solutions. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, facilitating effective teamwork across diverse teams and stakeholders. * Exceptional organisational skills, enabling adept management of multiple projects concurrently within fast-paced environments. * Please add your portfolio to the application; without it, your candidacy will not be considered.
