Position Purpose: The West Chester YMCA is looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Swim Coach to deliver a high-quality, safe, and competitive swim team program for all swimming levels. Responsibilities: * Creates and conducts swim practices as assigned by the supervisor. * Assists other coaching staff in supporting practices, meets and other team activities, keeping the program goals in mind. * May maintain records as required (attendance, progress reports, etc.) * Actively promotes YMCA Character Development and Core Values. * Presents a professional image at all times. * Ensures compliance with all YGBW policies and standard operating procedures. * Performs other related duties as assigned.
