Position Responsibilities * Review customer information in Uline systems and spreadsheets, expertly maintaining customer names, addresses and demographics. * Consolidate customer accounts according to company guidelines through research, problem-solving and good judgment. * Verify data accuracy through research and resolve data entry errors. * Properly categorize customers by Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code. * Follow each department's standards to determine appropriate action on customer accounts. * Effectively communicate with customers through email and phone to accurately update account data. Minimum Requirements * Bachelor's degree. * 1+ years of office experience. * Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word. * Outstanding accuracy and attention to detail.
