Your Job DEPCOM is looking for a contribution motivated Purchasing Manager to join our Supply Chain team in Scottsdale, AZ. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of buyers for our renewable energy EPC projects and services. This position is not eligible for VISA Sponsorship. What You Will Do * Lead and manage a team of buyers, providing direction, support, and performance feedback. * Oversee the procurement process, ensuring timely and accurate purchase order placement. * Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with project goals and company objectives. * Collaborate with Business Development, Engineering, and Project Delivery teams to understand project requirements and schedules. * Monitor and manage procurement estimates, ensuring all purchases are under or within the forecasted amount. * Track and report on procurement metrics, including PO placement life cycle, cost savings, on-time delivery, and supplier performance. * Address and resolve any procurement-related issues or delays promptly. * Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions. * Build relationships with key suppliers and support any buyer escalations. * Manage the prioritization of inventory to new jobs and support allocation of excess inventory at the end of a project life cycle. * Track and manage on time deliveries of purchased equipment and own the procure to pay cycle. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) * Experience in leading and managing a procurement team * Strong knowledge of procurement processes and supplier management * Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams * Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment What Will Put You Ahead * EPC or renewable energy industry experience * Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Procurement, or Business Administration #LI-MW1 At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
