FYX is the leading truck, chassis and trailer breakdown repair service provider, and manages over 150,000 services per year for operations ranging from owner operators to fleets with tens of thousands of pieces of equipment. As an Account Manager (Inside Sales Representative), you will be making outbound calls to a list of identified potential customers, providing information about our services and developing new business. You must have Sales experience, be proactive, and have an intense drive for achievement. Experience in a related industry, such as transportation, shipping, trucking or Intermodal is highly preferred. Responsibilities: * Source new sales leads through outbound cold calls, inbound lead follow-up, and communicating via email with potential customers * Account Manager will be assigned a designated territory, which will include an existing business pipeline with the opportunity to source new business through new leads and existing accounts * Close new deals and achieve monthly activity quotas * Maintain and expand your database of prospects * Build a pipeline of new potential business * Gain additional knowledge of FYX's various services and the Commercial & Intermodal Transportation industry Qualifications: * Minimum of 3 Years of Inside or Outside Sales Experience * Experience in one of the following industries required: Transportation, Shipping, Trucking, Intermodal or Supply Chain * Experience can include business to business (B2B), business to consumer (B2C), inside, or outside sales * Bachelor's degree preferred * Proficient using a CRM to document sales related activity, such as SalesForce * Must be a proactive sales professional, always willing to go the extra mile for our employees and customers * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills * We promote a team culture and environment so being a reliable team member is a must
