What You'll Do: * Oversee day-to-day operations of the Cardiology department, ensuring optimal staffing and resource allocation. * Lead clinical teams, promote job satisfaction, and foster a culture of accountability and excellence. * Ensure compliance with nursing standards, regulatory requirements, and evidence-based practices. * Manage staff development, performance evaluations, and training programs. * Participate in quality improvement initiatives, budget preparation, and continuous readiness for accreditation standards. What You'll Bring: * Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); Master's degree preferred. * 5 years of clinical nursing experience in Cardiology, with 2 years in a supervisory role. * Current NH Registered Nurse licensure and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. * AMB-BC Certification and Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt preferred. * Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
