Position Summary This position requires a highly organized individual who possesses strong initiative and has the ability to complete multiple projects in a deadline driven environment. This individual must be able to communicate effectively and understands the need to work in an integrated manner with other members of the department in furtherance of goals, objectives, and knowledge. * PLEASE NOTE: All employees are expected to report to the Tri Star office with no remote or hybrid work permitted.* Job Essentials, Responsibilities, Duties * Manage day to day reporting for all accounts receivable items. * Responsible for monitoring invoices. * Apply payments to accounts accordingly. * Monitor and maintains accounts receivables aging. * Maintain all accounts receivables files. * Prepare client invoices as directed. * Review received contracts and prepare contract cover sheets. * Maintain timely and accurate collections of accounts receivable balances. * Record expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports. * Proactively alert management of issues such as missing invoices and contracts. * Maintain client income tracker(s). * Prepare various accounts receivable reports and ad-hoc analytics, as requested by leadership. * Assist with related special projects. Specific Job Knowledge, skills, and Abilities * Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact across the organization. * Extremely detail-oriented to create accurate and timely reports. * Strong work ethic with a positive attitude & a fit with the company's culture & values. The pay range is subject to change at any time based on various internal and external factors. This position is also eligible for performance-based bonuses and competitive benefits.
