Experience Requirements * 3 years of experience in a full desk or recruiting role within an Agency or Internal Talent Acquisition. * Professional presentation and ability to interface with candidates * Strong relationship builder and trusted advisor willing to challenge the status quo and who believes people are the key to a strong organization * Detail oriented, organized, prioritize own schedule and strong ability to handle simultaneous responsibilities * Highly ethical and motivated to do the right thing, treating people how you would like to be treated * Desire to work in a pay for performance culture * Effective, can-do attitude, good judgment, clear communicator, resourceful, decision-maker, highly adaptable and with a high sense of urgency * BS in Business, Accounting or Finance preferred ABOUT OUR PROCESS We will notify you if you are selected as a candidate for this role.
