We offer a health care FSA or dependent care FSA* Dependent Care FSA: Allows you to pay for eligible expenses (example: daycare, parent care) using tax-free dollars Flexible scheduling Employees will begin accruing PTO on their first day of employment* Company paid training for career advancement * Benefit eligibility dependent on employment status Eligibility based on location Maintenance Director Responsibilities include: * Maintains grounds, including outside building repair, lawn maintenance and garbage removal. * Maintains inside of building, offices, and common areas. * Maintains and/or oversees repair of Community equipment; ensures that equipment is functioning properly, and staff are trained appropriately in its use. * Prepares apartments for move-in and refurbishing of units after move-out. * Maintains fire safety and emergency records, maintenance of systems and inspections required by state. Qualifications: * Experience in maintenance preferred; familiarity with techniques of minor repair and maintenance for structural, electrical, plumbing, security and heating and cooling systems required. * Experience in building safety and hazard reduction preferred.
