Qualification What You'll Need: * Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in a professional setting within an agile team * Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience as a domain architect, refining specifications and iterating on them through the delivery lifecycle. * Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience owning a backlog, gathering & addressing issues & risks. * Experience incorporating a strategic Domain model, with products aligned supported by specifications. * Experience acting as a team advocate translating specification into delivered features, serving as a bridge between Product Owners, designers, engineers, and other team members. * Experience in presenting and explaining product management, agile methodologies, and coaching techniques to stakeholders (if you can explain the purpose of story points, t-shirt sizing, why this team is scrum vs. another team is agile, and what makes a successful team to a random person, you've got this) * Experience across the entire product delivery lifecycle, taking the Strategic Domain Model as input to define how functions and processes are served by the created domain. * Minimum 3+ years delivering new products in an industry leading banking, payments, or capital markets firm OR has been part of delivering a new product for a demonstrably successful fintech product company. * Successful delivery and refinement of financial industry products by domain, translating specification into successful agile system implementation and operation. * Experience operating within an Agile delivery model (Scrum, SAFe, LeSS). Certification preferred. * Experience working with a Agile SDLC tool (Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, Trello) * Experience with defining all levels of Agile release objects (Epic, Story, Feature) * Experience operating in an Agile sprint (PI) including required ceremonies. * Experience with building services on at least one major public cloud provider. * Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.
