Job Title: Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative
Contract Duration: 2 Months
Location: Greenville, Sc
Work Type: Shift/Time Zone: Monday - Friday 7.45 am - 4. 45 pm/ EASTERN
Job Description:
Are you a compassionate and skilled phlebotomist with a passion for patient care? We're seeking a dedicated Patient Services Representative II to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Interaction: Greet patients warmly, explain procedures, and create a positive and reassuring environment.
Phlebotomy: Accurately and efficiently draw blood samples from patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations.
Specimen Processing: Prepare and process blood specimens for laboratory testing, adhering to strict quality control standards.
Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records, comply with regulatory requirements, and contribute to a smooth workflow.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, address patient concerns, and resolve issues promptly.
Qualifications:
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric patients
Phlebotomy certification (required in CA, NV, WA)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Preferred:
Medical assistant or paramedic training
Experience in a patient service center environment
Knowledge of laboratory procedures and regulations
