The Marketing and Visual Merchandising Leader for Benefit will support the Regional Director in developing and executing marketing and visual merchandising strategies for Benefit Travel Retail in the Americas. This role involves energizing and assisting our LVMH Beauty sales teams to drive Benefit towards market leadership. What You'll Do: Strategic Marketing and Brand Management: * Collaborate with the Regional Director to develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with overall company goals and tailored to the travel retail channel. * Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviors to refine marketing plans and maintain consistent brand messaging across the region. * Coordinate with central teams to stay updated on brand developments and ensure alignment. Product and Visual Merchandising Management: * Oversee the forecasting, management, and optimization of product assortments and launches to maximize sales potential and enhance space utilization. * Work with the Visual Merchandising Coordinator to develop and execute annual VM strategies, including product launches, planograms, and merchandising materials. * Ensure timely production and effective implementation of visual merchandising materials for each update. * Collaborate closely with LVMH Beauty architects & Benefit central teams to ensure efficient and timely management and implementation of VM part in New Counters projects. Budget Oversight and Performance Tracking: * Manage the regional marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and alignment with strategic objectives. * Develop and monitor annual marketing and visual merchandising budgets, maintaining accurate tracking of expenses and investments. * Prepare detailed performance reports on brand metrics, product performance, and campaign results to inform strategic decisions. Activation Plans and Retailer Liaison: * Partner with LVMH Beauty sales and field teams to plan and execute activation plans for top retail locations. * Support sales teams with presentations and communications to retailers, addressing any necessary actions to enhance retailer relationships. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, or related field. * Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook). * Preferred familiarity with the Benefit brand and experience in the Travel Retail Channel. * Comfortable with ambiguity and proactive in finding solutions. * Focused on achieving goals and motivating others. * Committed to understanding and addressing customer needs. * Core Competencies: * Strong collaboration and presentation skills. * Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. * Effective organizational and time management skills. * Must be authorized to work in the United States. Schedule: * Requires onsite presence * This position is based out of Miami, FL The target salary range for this position is $85,000 - $90,000 annually. The actual salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, years of relevant experience; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. This position is eligible to earn an annual bonus.
