Seniority Level: Associate #Ownership The Revenue Management team is crucial in driving top-line growth by working closely with the UK, Ireland and Spain Commercial team to develop and execute a dynamic commercial strategy. As a Revenue Manager for Ireland & UK Partnerships, based in London, you will collaborate across multiple functions to provide valuable Revenue Management insights, using advanced pricing research and optimizing price elasticity to maximize performance. In this role, you will be essential in supporting sales channels, actively shaping strategy development and execution. The role: The Revenue Manager for Ireland & UK Partnerships, offers exciting exposure to various markets, channels, and beverage categories, driving our pack-and-pricing strategy across Ireland and the UK. You will be at the forefront of strategic pricing decisions, from direct-to-consumer initiatives to partnerships with brands like C&C, Kopparberg, and Mahou-San Miguel. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping the business's performance by developing pricing strategies, optimizing brand positioning, and executing impactful price changes. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a significant impact on the business's growth. Duties & Responsibilities: Pricing Strategy * Develop and align channel pricing strategies with brand and country objectives. * Analyze industry trends and competitor pricing to shape pricing architecture. * Create guidelines and analyze pricing impact using elasticity studies. Pricing Execution * Oversee PINC planning and support Sales team in implementing price changes. * Track performance against targets and review pricing behaviours. * Monitor margin pool evolution. Key Contacts * Internal: Brand & Trade Marketing Managers, Sales Directors, Key Account team, Global Commercial Council (GCC). * External: Pricing analytics consultants, modeling tool vendors, syndicated data providers Who we're looking for: * Master's Degree in Applied Economics, Applied Statistics, or related fields (preferred). * Experience in Commercial Finance, Account Management, or Trade Marketing within a multicultural environment, or a senior role in Revenue Management, Sales, or Market Insights. * Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and elasticity modeling (cross-price & category elasticity). * Strong knowledge of Performance Analysis, Trade Marketing, and Sales. * Advanced Excel skills. * Confident in engaging with Senior Commercial Leaders. * Demonstrates strong leadership, problem-solving, and self-starting abilities. * Team-oriented and fluent in English.
