In this role you will get to work on a recently awarded Rail and Transit Construction Management project that will last 4 years in the Pacific Northwest area. What You'll Be Doing: * Track Non-Conformance Reports. * Will be responsible for Daily and other Reports. * Will manage the other inspection staff on the project. * Ensure that the field staff is completely covering activities. What Required Skills You'll Bring: * An experienced professional, with a minimum of ten (10) years' experience including 2-3+ years' experience in working on large construction projects in railroad yard operating environments. * Associate's degree in a technical discipline or construction related field. High school diploma and equivalent work experience in lieu of degree. * Understand Contractor Field Operations, understand and be able to coordinate Inspections with responsible AHJ. * Understand basic field Safety Operating Environments. * Understand and be able to apply QA/QC plans and be able to issue. * MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint. What Desired Skills You'll Bring: * Amtrak experience preferable. * NICET qualified inspector with experience as a Safety coordinator. * Good Oral and Written communication abilities. * Have a basic understanding of the Appliable Building Codes. * Ability to read and understand CPM Schedules. * ProCore, Bluebeam experience preferred.
