You will be responsible for scaling our company. You will have a comprehensive understanding of full lifecycle recruiting and developing strategies that support short-term and long-term business objectives. Success will be measured by your overall performance in bringing qualified candidates in an effective and efficient manner. Responsibilities: * Build our vision for talent acquisition in San Francisco. * Create innovative programs, events, and campaigns as part of a talent acquisition strategy that is aligned with our vision, goals, culture, and objectives * Partner with our leadership team to understand the business needs and hire the right talent to fill their roles * Build out and manage back-end recruiting operations capabilities, including sourcing, screening, and coordination functions * Lead and develop a coordinator * Define, track and analyze talent acquisition metrics and develop practical tracking and reporting methods to monitor and improve performance. * Manage the requisition approval process and allocate open requisitions appropriately to internal recruiter. * Manage our third party recruiters * Stay informed of trends and creative recruiting techniques Requirements: * Prior track-record of successfully building, inspiring and managing a large-scale recruiting function for a high-growth technology company from 50 to 200 employees. * 5+ years experience in full life cycle recruiting including, but not limited to: sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, job analysis, strategy, and relationship management * A thorough understanding of department objectives to ensure positions are filled quickly with the most qualified individual. * Excellent interpersonal, communications, and people leadership skills * Unparalleled organizational and customer service skills * Prior successful people management experience * Experience administrating and selecting applicant tracking and recruitment tools * Ability to adapt to changing priorities while managing high-volume recruitment processes
